Wondering if anyone has any old family or proven recipes that they can share for either wild or domestic game.
It seems to be a dying hobby (if that's the right word for it) as generations change.
We just ground and processed 120 lbs of moose, elk and pork into breakfast, Italian and bratwurst. Have been buying premixed (no preservatives) spices from a few different sausage makers, and although good, would like to look into buying the individual spices and trying things a little different.

Spokane spice company seems to have the best spices I’ve used. I’ve used a few of them after having them recommended to me and my haven’t been disappointed in any of it.
