Is it True?? 241 Price drop??

I see that Bean Marine Fabrication have just done a 25ft BMF with LSA & 241. How does this combination go compared to a 6.2 LSA & HJ212? And perhaps to the LSA & Scott 912?

Hamilton Jet has developed a factory turbo impeller for the 241 jet pump to match the LSA/Raptor supercharged motors. We have always had an issue with the 4.0 impellers in the 212 as the supercharged motors could spin them out.The 241 has a full 9.5 inch turbo impeller, factory hydraulic reverse and the quality and parts back up that Hamiltons offer. This will be a great pump for new builds and also for retro fit on boats with smaller pumps. We have special pricing on this pump until March 2019 at $USD 14,500.00.
Wow, I thought they were around $18,000 USD?

Amazing... the 912 is 15 gs.
Now all of a sudden boom.. so is the 241...
Or just go with a 231 for 7 gs..

Where are you getting a 231 for 7k? I priced one a couple years ago it was quite a bit more than that.
I'm brand new to jet boats so don't listen to anything I say.

not where I live. :Drink: North River cranked out 100 plus a year back in the 2000 era. they build almost zero now. Custom weld builds a handful of Jetboats compared to what they used to build. Custom builders are all that is left really, how many Jetboats a year does Riddle, Bean, Bentz, etc build overall? not that many, even the hardcore jetboat builders have come to realize to make money and grow, offshore and nearshore prop boats are the main focus. thank god they still make a few jetboats for the enthusiasts out there!! :Drink:

North River did not even bring their Token Jet to the show this year. All stinking outboards. Pretty sure they are all fishing the Columbia and Willamette around here.

Same with the Spokane Boat Show for the last two years - Thunder Jet has displayed one 6.0 / 212 heavy hull. Nothing else from any builder, except for a tiller outboard and I can't remember the mfr.

Other than that, only jet skis / water bikes / and of course Yamaha jet runabouts.

Tons of runabouts, pontooners, wake sport boats, all prop
student driver - stay clear

shooting my mouth off on meanchicken since 2013

making friends on the rivers since I was little
