The majority share owners decided they wanted it all and tried many times to get the other share holders to sell. They took it to court and I guess Idaho County has a provision that requires the property to be sold if share holders can not come to an agreement. I am sure the majority share holders plan to purchase the property at auction and basically steal it from the other share holders. I am an original share holder.

So does or did your share allow you to run the Scenic and The Wild sections without a permit?

So in order to run the Wild you would have to put in at the Dam?

I am trying to figure out what the value of a share or the whole property was. It is not in the Wild Section. Could you run the Wild Section without a permit owning a share or the whole property? By your comment the only way you would be able to run the Wild Section without a permit would be to put In at Hells Canyon Dam so you would have to run thru the Wild Section to get to it. :-? :-?

The "Value" I am looking for is not the what it cost. I am trying to figure out why anyone would buy a share if they could not run the wild with it. There are tons of better places to camp on the river than on this property. Can you answer the rest of my question? Above, The part in Bold and underlined.

Spoke to a guy today who has property on the river. He can only run the scenic with the owners permit he has. He needs to get a permit like anyone else for the wild section.

Thank you, That is what I thought. I am kind of surprised that anyone paid $2,400.00 for a share just to be able to run the Scenic without getting a permit. :o :o
