HCM - don't be afraid to finish and deliver this one, it will essentially be driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays.

Some driving styles need seat belts!

Because HCM is actually supposed to be HCMA (Hells Canyon Marine Aeronautics).

Because with a stick steer there is nothing else keeping the driver from flying through the windshield.

Don't sell NB just yet: If the HCM doesn't perform, you can still swap in the 460 / Berkeley

Is it getting side sliders or canvas/clear snap in sides?

Boat received. Runs well on flat water. Stirred up some waves and ran over them smoother than expected. This may result from the relatively gradual rise to the bow. Because I'm accustomed to an iron big block and saddle tanks, I was concerned that the boat might ride "bow too low." But it's riding about right with 1/4 tank of fuel in cross tank. About 48 mph top speed. It has more extras than specifically detailed in the contract, which is nice. So far things are looking good. White water testing has yet to happen. No dents yet.

Well I'll go ahead and ask. When and where will you be testing in the frothy stuff?
