Don't be stuck on the county ordinances, they get the third say well I guess in this case second say as the fed has next to no interest above the last passable dam. State first then county and the State still says no.

So all of the Water-skiers and Jet skis are running the Roza pool illegally and have been for years?
Where does the state say No?
What part do you normally float?

I don't know how many times I can say that the Rosa Pool (if that's what you choose to call it, there doesn't seem to be an official name for the empoundment other than the Yak River.) Is the only part of the yak that's not in dispute about being open.
Here is a quote from my first post:

I believe the Yak is no motors above the Rosa Dam Reservoir < snip>

Please note the use of the "above".
And then again but his time please make note of the highlighted red text:

< Snip>
Except well, No, it hasn't changed recently and all most all of it is " Combustion Motors Prohibited" There is a little bit of time in the dead of winter but not much water flowing then and in the Rosa Dam Rec. area as stated previously. < Snip >

And again thanking you, In the red:

Sorry but you're the ,<Snip >

Oh and I forgot to thank you for for adding the bit about the Rosa Dam reservoir which I have stated all along was fine and the only legal place to run motorized craft on the Yak.

It's only a debate if there are differing points of view and I'm bored with this.

Enjoy.

Smashed American lake last week C&Red 43 rainbows, kept 4 over 14" one being over 16". Took a buddy out who's more into lakes than the river. Should have gone to the Cow.

I will more than likely be up there on a Mon.-Tues as I work over the weekend. If you're there keep and eye out, the tub is red.
