Is the upper ramp above the Toutle river? I found the I-5 ramp. Is the BBQ spot above the ramp?

Yes. The toutle river is about half way up or so. Bbq spot is just below the I-5 ramp

What comes are you using? VHF is all I run. May be on the river back bouncing for steelhead and this looks to be a good time :Drink:

Vhf, I usually run 13 on the cb, but I'll figure out what channel tomorrow, most likely 13 if its clear, can't remember which channels on vhf, been awhile
