Thanks John. The language greenway bothers me as the Willamette greenway extends clear to at least Eugene maybe even to Dexter/Dorena I'll have to look. I can understand issues with wake generation. I haven't been around them a lot but last summer on foster holy cow they churn the water. I'll try to research a little more as I get time.

I am normally a let people be kind of guy, but wake surfing should be outlawed. The size of wake they put out is stupid.

On Green Peter you cant even park a little boat safely in most of the little arms any more without risking sinking. Between that and listening to three shitty rap songs at the same time they really have ruined the experience. I need mini torpedos that only finds fiberglass. If it's this bad at deserted Green Peter I can only imagine how bad Foster, Detroit and the Lower Willamette are.

I fully understand why residents on the lower Willamette are continually fighting to stop it.
