Pittsburg pass snow

Postby viking » Sat Nov 21, 2020 11:36 am

I'm thinking about some property not far from the top of the pass on the road to Pittsburg. Hence the question, what are typical winter snow conditions on the pass?

It's open 99 percent of the time. I had to chain up one time in 35 years. So bare ground or house also. Wildfires can be a problem. Good Luck.

Winter conditions / freezing temperatures are no excuse for not going boating, so there should be no problem (so I am told)
