Where can I find a maintenance/repair manual for the 852 pump? I need to do a impeller Chang but the front impeller won't come off the key way. Really holding back from getting the big hammer out!!!

The impeller has threaded holes in the rear of it. They are metric. An H bar puller will get it off. If it is seized melt some wax into the impeller and anti seize the rest of the shaft. I have used 100 ton presses to remove impeller from their shafts before. Lots of scarring and machine work ahead of that's the case.
Rule of all impeller is, if it won't go on with one hand, don't install it!

Unfortunately we do not have a manual like you are asking for. The information Upacreek has given you is spot on. Trust me ,using a big hammer can get very expensive.

The "rule of the impeller" should be on one of those stone tablets.

Built a puller and got the impeller off the shaft. Now, does the engine side plate come off the shaft? So I don't have to pull engine?

Yes. There is a bolt in the center of the drive flange. Take it out and remove the drive flange from the shaft.
