We have sent a few prototypes into Canada with great success . The first production models are currently being finalized after a few changes where made from the prototypes. One change is that the production models will have a clean out as well as the impeller size being increased from 9 in. to 9.1 in. That will make the new model become the 912 ( 9.1 in. 2 stage ) . We will have one in the test boat here in the US for demo rides by early spring if not sooner.

Target engines are the LSA and Raptor and any custom engines between 600-900 hp. In the sprint boats our 9 in. pump is handling engines near the 2000 HP range. Target boat weight is a heavily loaded down 26-28 foot single engine boat. Whether we can achieve that target weight is yet to be seen. I'll have real numbers for you once we get it in the test boat and see what it will really do .

A local fellow pulled his 852 and upgraded to the new larger pump. He has a larger boat with lots of options and equipment. From talking to him and the fellow that installed the pump (behind an LSA) they are very impressed. jumps out of the water like a much smaller boat. And the best part, I was able to purchase the take out 852.

Jeff,

How much room in the engine bay will the 912 need...more, less, or the same as a 212?

22 ft. HCM with an LSA. It currently has a 212 in it for a heads up comparison. We will do identical testing with a heavily loaded boat with both pumps to get true comparison performance results.
